Come sailing with us! During Tall Ships® New Orleans 2018, there will be activity in two places: Woldenberg Park will host the ships providing deck tours on the Mississippi. Lakeshore Landing, next door to Southshore Harbor Marina, will host our ships Privateer Lynx and Schooner When and If. Both ships will be providing 90 minute day sails and two hour twilight sail away experiences. A limited number of spots are available. Reserve yours today- before they’re gone!
90 minute sail – $75.00
2 hour twilight sail – $99.00
The sail away ships will depart from Southshore Harbor Marina 20 minutes from downtown New Orleans. Please allow ample time to allow for travel and parking. Parking will be available for a nominal fee at Lakeshore Landing. Plan to be at the ship 30 minutes before your designated boarding time. Ships will sail promptly at the times stated. Each ship maintains its own schedule (see below) sailing from Pier 8.
Please note:
No Food or drink provided. Food may be purchased at Lakeshore Landing to take on board if desired.
Ships sail rain or shine. Dress is casual, weather appropriate, with flat shoes.

Cancellations/ Refunds: Refunds (not including the service fee if booked online) will only be given in the event that the sail is canceled by management due to weather or maintenance problems (weather criterion for cancellation is actual or high probability of winds over 25 knots or severe thunderstorms). Each ship maintains its own ticket program. Any changes should be made directly with the ship.

Directions to Southshore Harbor Marina
Southshore Harbor Marina is located Between the New Orleans Lakefront Airport and Lakeshore Landing (former Bally’s Casino.) Take the I-10 to Exit 240a (Downman Rd.), Follow Downman Road North to Stars & Stripes Blvd. (at Lakefront Airport) and turn right, follow Stars & Stripes Blvd. East to the intersection of Igor Sikorsky Dr. and you have arrived. (follow signs for PT305). Parking is only available at Lakeshore Landing.
